OutCaller AI provides powerful Google Sheets & Excel integration that allows you to sync leads data between your spreadsheets and the platform. This integration supports multiple sync modes to fit your workflow needs.

The Google Sheets & Excel integration enables you to:
- Import leads from existing spreadsheets into OutCaller AI
- Export call results and lead data to Google Sheets & Excel
- Maintain bidirectional synchronization between your spreadsheet and the platform
- Filter data by specific agents for targeted operations
- Automate your lead management workflow
Setup
Prerequisites
Before setting up the integration, ensure you have:
- A Google account with access to Google Drive
- Spreadsheet with your leads data
- At least one outbound agent configured in OutCaller AI
- Proper permissions to read/write the target spreadsheet
Connection Process

Connect Google Account
- Navigate to Settings → API Keys → Integrations Drive Integration
- Click "Connect Google Drive"
- Authorize OutCaller AI to access your Google Drive

Select Spreadsheet
- Click "Choose Spreadsheet" to open Google Picker
- Browse and select your target spreadsheet
- The system will display the selected file name

Configure Sync Settings
- Choose your preferred sync mode
- Select the target agent for lead operations
- Confirm the configuration
Sync Modes
The integration supports three distinct sync modes to accommodate different workflows:
Read Only (Spreadsheet → Platform)
Use Case: Import leads from your existing spreadsheet into OutCaller AI
- Direction: One-way import from spreadsheet to platform
- Function: Creates new leads under the selected agent
- Best For: Initial data import, external lead sources
- Agent Role: Target agent where all imported leads will be created
Example Workflow:
- Marketing team updates leads in Google Sheets
- Sync imports new leads to OutCaller AI
- Sales agents make calls using the imported data
Write Only (Platform → Spreadsheet)
Use Case: Export call results and lead updates to your spreadsheet
- Direction: One-way export from platform to spreadsheet
- Function: Updates spreadsheet with call results and lead status
- Best For: Reporting, external CRM updates, data backup
- Agent Role: Filter to export leads from specific agent only
Example Workflow:
- Agents complete calls in OutCaller AI
- Sync exports results to Google Sheets
- Management team reviews performance in spreadsheet
Two-Way Sync
Use Case: Maintain bidirectional synchronization between platform and spreadsheet
- Direction: Bidirectional sync (import and export)
- Function: Imports new leads and exports call results simultaneously
- Best For: Collaborative workflows, real-time data sharing
- Agent Role: Target agent for imports and filter for exports
Example Workflow:
- New leads added to spreadsheet are imported to OutCaller AI
- Call results are exported back to the spreadsheet

Spreadsheet Format
Required Columns
Your Spreadsheet should include the following columns for optimal sync:
